The vision is splendid!
I had never gave 5 stars, you're the first now x) We see well N Y, the sky is really good, the sea, far, and on the right, and the big buildings.
Nevertheless, it's not really original.
There is very very very much cityscapes of New York City on deviantART. It's not so original, maybe you should have put other effects for one other star x)
I haven't got many things to say on the technique, it's well done.
But the impact is missed x_x It's like the originality, there is so much like this... but we see you want to give us the desire to go there, it's well done, with the beginning of the sunset, and the sea... That's why i put 3 stars.
