Originality Technique ImpactThe first time I saw this picture I spent something like 7 minutes to look at all these bulidings and details, because it's such a high resolution you can see everything! That's why it is so eye-catching at the first look.
The picture looks just like a lot of people (including me) are imagining New York, with all the high-rasers. You choose a very good place at taking this photo.
By the way, it looks like the scyscraper in the middle is like the most important building in this photo, it's the center of it. You've made a great job on giving this one to the middle.
The light... On one hand it's good that it's so bright, that makes the viewer thinking of the background (like "what's behind all those buildings" etc.) That makes the picture looking more interesting.
But on the other hand the contrast is a little bit too bright, you can lost the orientation a little bit.
